Six months ago, I didn’t plan to become “the AI Dev Guy.”
I wasn’t shipping tools.
I wasn’t demoing builds.
I wasn’t running live walkthroughs showing people how to prototype apps in a weekend.
I was just trying to figure out why everyone I knew was playing with AI…
…but nobody was actually building with it.
And then I heard this line:
“Don’t use AI. Build something with it.”
That broke something in my brain.
Because I realised most people (me included) were stuck in the same loop:
Read a thread.
Try a tool.
Open ChatGPT.
Tweak a prompt.
Feel productive.
But nothing shipped.
No product.
No leverage.
No change.
So I decided to break the cycle — and build.
What I did instead
I gave myself one rule:
Don’t stop building.
No plan. No perfect idea.
Just 1,500 hours of prototypes, duct tape, broken workflows, dead ends, accidental breakthroughs, and testing everything I could with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, GPT, and beyond.
Not as an engineer.
Not as a no-code influencer.
Just as a founder trying to figure out what’s actually possible when you use AI like a tool — not a toy.
What came out the other side wasn’t just a bunch of tools.
It was a repeatable process.
Which brings me to this:
I’m running two small, live sessions I’m calling:
The Evolve Lab Experiment
Here’s the deal:
This isn’t a course.
It’s not a webinar.
It’s not some “100 AI tools you should be using in 2025” listicle in disguise.
It’s me, on a live call, walking through how to go from idea → working prototype using AI tools — in real time.
You’ll see exactly how I think, break, rebuild, and ship.
No dev team.
No fake demos.
No “sorry this part’s pre-recorded.”
Just me building.
Live.
In front of you.
Why this now?
Because AI isn’t coming.
It’s here.
And it’s already replacing jobs.
If you think I’m being dramatic:
-
Meta lost $200B in market cap in one day
-
OpenAI signed a $38B cloud deal with Amazon
-
October 2025 had the highest layoff rate in 22 years — directly attributed to AI automation
While most people are tweaking their prompt syntax, companies are quietly building full-on AI infrastructure behind the scenes.
And solo builders?
They’re shipping faster than entire teams used to.
So the window’s open. Right now.
You can either wait to get “technical” or jump in — with what you’ve got.
What you’ll see inside the Lab:
- How I go from loose idea → working app with nothing but AI tools
- Why you don’t need a dev background (or permission) to ship
- The actual tools + workflows I’ve used with clients, collabs & my own products
- A behind-the-scenes look at EvolveLab — my full-stack AI dev setup built for fast iteration, low-code founders, and solo builders
If you want to work with me after, cool. If not, no worries.
Either way — you’ll walk out with a clearer, faster, more practical understanding of what’s possible when you build with AI now, not next year.
Who this is for:
-
Founders with an idea and no developer
-
Creators stuck in “content mode” who want to ship a tool
-
Agency owners sick of Zapier spaghetti stacks
-
Anyone who's finally done waiting for permission
If that’s you, I think you’ll get a lot out of this.
Two labs. That’s it.
Small group. Live. No replays. Just the real thing.
